Cool Herbs

I was never much of an herb lover, but I got a spice and herb rack for Christmas and it changed my mind. I now sprinkle things like basil, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, and sometimes even crushed mint over whatever I'm eating. I have done it for frozen dinners, too, and it really can spruce up even the most mundane of them.

Talking Re: Herbs

I like adding herbs, too and experimenting with different herbs on various dishes. This often makes frozen meals more exciting, too.

Default Re: Herbs

Fresh herbs grown in your own garden are the best! Anyone can grow herbs. I live in an apt. and I have containers out on my deck. I grow so many things: Basil(s), dill, oregano, rosemary you name it. You use half as much dried herb in a recipe as you do with your fresh chopped.
