INGREDIENTS Cooked White and Wild Rice, Herbed Breaded Fish Fillet [Pollock, Bleached Wheat Flour, Wheat Flour, Water, Partially Hyrogenated Soybean and Cottonseed Oils, Salt, Dextrose, Paprika, Granulated Garlic, Spices, Chili Pepper, Sugar, Yeast, Xanthan and Guar Gums, Corn Starch], Peas, Carrots, Water, Butter (Sweet Cream, Salt), Sesame Seed Oil, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate (Emulsifier), Salt, Butter Flavor (Soybean Oil, Flavor), Spice, Beta Carotene (Corn Oil, Vitamin A Palmitate, Beta Carotene).
PREPARATION
METHODMAX. PREP TIMEINSTRUCTIONS
Microwave6 min.Cut and remove film cover from main entrée. Microwave on High 4 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes or until fish is fully cooked. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes in microwave oven. Carefully remove tray and film cover as product will be hot; serve. Microwave two meals at a total of 9 to 14 1/2 minutes.
Conventional Oven35 min.Cut a slit in film cover over main entrée. Bake at 350 degrees F on cookie sheet in center of oven 35 minutes. Peel back film cover over main entrée and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until fish is fully cooked. Remove cookie sheet with tray from oven; let stand 1 to 2 minutes. Carefully remove film cover as product will be hot; serve.
