PREPARATION

Conventional Oven13 min.NOTE: For crispier catfish, place under broiler for 1 to 2 minutes at end of baking time. 1) Preheat oven to 400° F. 2) Place catfish on foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. 3) Bake 12 to 13 minutes, turn over halfway through baking time.
Stovetop2 min.Deep Fry: 1) Preheat oil to 350° F. 2) Deep fry 4 pieces 2 to 2½ minutes.
