DESCRIPTION Sweet tender chicken breast filets marinaded with real honey, butter and just a touch of garlic. These filets take on light brown highlights as they cook in the frying pan providing a very enjoyable eating experience.

PREPARATION

Conventional Oven23 min.1) Preheat oven to 375° F. 2) Cover baking sheet with heavy-duty aluminum foil 3) Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray. 4) Place filets on foil-covered baking sheet. 5) Bake 20 to 23 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking time.
Stovetop14 min.1) Preheat 1 Tbsp. oil in skillet over MEDIUM heat. 2) Fry filets for 12 to 14 minutes, turning over filets once or twice during cooking time.
