INGREDIENTS Precooked long grain rice enriched with iron (ferric orthophosphate), thiamine (thiamine mononitrate) and folic acid; water; fully cooked roasted chicken strips [chicken breast with rib meat, water, modified corn starch, soy protein concentrate, sodium phosphates, salt, garlic powder and onion powder); carrots; sugar; pineapple (pineapple and pineapple juice); red bell peppers; green bell peppers; vinegar; onions; modified corn starch; concentrated orange juice; soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt, sodium benzoate less than 1/10 of 1% as a preservative); partially hydrogenated soybean oil; chili garlic sauce (chili pepper, garlic, water, salt, sugar, rice vinegar, acetic acid, modified food starch); tomato paste; sherry wine; salt; ground ginger; oleoresin of paprika (color); xanthan gum.
PREPARATION
METHODMAX. PREP TIMEINSTRUCTIONS
Microwave7 min.Remove outer package. Do NOT vent or pierce film lid. Microwave on HIGH (full power) 5 minutes. Pull back top film, stir, re-cover and cook for 1 additional minute to 160°F. Let stand for 1 minute and stir before serving.
Conventional Oven60 min.Remove outer paper package. Place Bowl on a baking sheet on middle oven rack. Heat at 350°F for 60 minutes to 160°F.
