Bertolli ramps up the calories and follows the old adage "keep it simple, stupid," in their new interpretation of this classic dish. Lovely good sized slices of grilled chicken breast, fettucine pasta, portobello mushroom chunks and diced tomatoes which seem remarkably fresh are covered in a creamy sauce seasoned with pecorino romano. Definitely a new favorite of mine; my only negatives are that it needed a smidgen of salt and the calorie count is high. It should be noted, though, that we easily got 3 servings from it, all for adults with moderate appetites, not 2 servings as the bag stated. Lastly, make sure if you microwave to let the dish stand the recommended 5 minutes, or the sauce will be too thin.
