This is a great way to get your spinach. The sauce is very good tasting and kind of masks the overwhelming taste of the really good for you spinach. It's also great for making a delicious spinach dip. |

If I have to eat spinach, this is the best way to do that. The sauce is creamy and covers the taste of the "green" that many people (and especially kids) don't like. The container is small, so if you are feeding more than two people with it, buy two. |

I totally enjoy this as a vegetable side dish. Spinach isn't normally one of my favorite things to eat (I assume most people would say the same!) but this is delicious and has the added benefit of being nutritious and rich with vitamins. The sauce is light and has a very good flavor. |

The reason I added this product is not just because I love it as a side dish, but also it can be used as a lowfat dip for chips or raw vegetables. Yes, it's that good! It's also low fat! The entire box is 175 calories. It's a staple in my diet and should be in everyone elses. You know the old cardiologist's joke about diets "If it tastes good, spit it out!"? Well, this is one of the few foods where it does not apply. It is also simple and requires nothing additional to be added to it. From freezer to side dish or warm dip in less than 5 minutes! (My microwave has turbo booster setting, but even in the oldest, smallest microwave shouldn't take more than 7 minutes. |
