I just had this meal for today's lunch. It was much better than I was expecting. The rice was separate from the sauce at first, so be sure to stir it together halfway through so the rice stays soft. The meat that I thought would be tough was not tough at all. The sauce had a real nice flavor that wasn't overpowering.
