Prepares very quick, 4 minutes. Pasta consistancy is very good, nice flavor. The cheese sauce is like the box says, zesty in flavor, and has a solid cheese flavor as well. What makes the dish is the chicken. While you don't get a ton of chicken, the flavor of it is excellent, and has a spicy bite to it. Not extreme by any means, but its more flavory spice than you normally get in frozen meals. Size is a little small, but as is, its already 510 calories so its probably not a bad thing its smaller at 10.5 OZ. I've never had real New Orleans Style Blackened Chicken Alfredo, but this version is really solid and overall a very good frozen meal.
